Mit dem kommerziellen Durchbruch wird die Induktionssparte ausgebaut. 2010 werden bereits 48 Patente zu Induktionsthemen, wie zum Beispiel die [[Special:MyLanguage/Vollflächen-Induktionskochfeld_CX_480_mit_TFT-Touch-Display|Vollflächen-Induktion]], angemeldet. Rund 100 Mitarbeiter arbeiten in sechs Labors des Kompetenzzentrums. Rund eine halbe Million Induktionskochfelder werden produziert und in weltweit 78 Länder exportiert. 2016 hat sich die Produktionszahl mehr als verdoppelt: 1,2 Millionen Induktionskochfelder verlassen jetzt die Werke der BSH.

By 2016, production figures had more than doubled, with 1.2 million induction cooktops now leaving the BSH plants.
