Oktober 1982 ein Rahmenvertrag mit der BSH abgeschlossen. Zum 15. November 1982 erwirbt die BSH das Warenzeichen NEFF, Teile des Anlage- und Umlaufvermögens sowie die Vertriebs- und Tochtergesellschaften und gründet die heutige NEFF GmbH. Die Produktion im Stammwerk Bretten läuft im Dezember 1982 neu an. Vertrieb, Marketing und Design werden in die [[Special:MyLanguage/Die Konzernzentrale München|BSH-Zentrale]] nach München verlegt.
