Founded in 1847 as “Telegraphen-Bauanstalt von Siemens & Halske”, Siemens has been manufacturing electrical appliances for more than 170 years. Siemens began producing electrical home appliances in 1925 under the brand name Protos. A selection of Siemens small appliance are illustrated here from the years prior to the establishment of BSH.
